Djo has accumulated over 4 years of field experience with internationally renowned mining and geological consultancy companies, such as Kibali Gold Mines in joint venture with Loncor Resources. Leveraging his experience, he has developed expertise in exploring mineralizations related to hydrothermal processes, particularly gold.

With extensive knowledge in geosciences and mastery of exploration techniques for precious metals in the Greenstone Belts of the DRC, primarily the Ngayu Belt and Moto Belt, he has successfully demonstrated strong management capabilities in leading Greenfield and Brownfield exploration mining projects with dynamic field exploration teams. Currently, on behalf of our clients, he is developing strategies for the establishment of large-scale polymetallic deposit exploration projects in the Western Congolese Complex in the Kongo Central Province.
